Family Unity Through Peace

Ephesians 4:1-6

 

In these six verses, Paul addressed the of the Ekklesia, God’s family, in Ephesus.

As a result of Gospel truth, and within the family must be pursued.

Four ways each family member to peace and unity in the family.

  • Are you characterized by ?

  • Are you characterized by putting up with others in ?

 

Unity is provided through the who has opened our eyes and enabled us to accept the same truth.

Unity is when members of the family diligently work toward peace with each other.

 

Think about it

To be done during quiet time sometime this week. You are encouraged to talk about these questions with others.

  1. Go through the list of four characteristics that lead to unity and peace. Which of these do you think characterizes you and why?
  2. Which of these do you think you lack? Why?
  3. Why is it important for the family of God to live in peace and unity?
  4. What do you need to do to contribute to the peace and unity of God’s family?
